Robust Roast!!

Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb. Roast of your choice
Salt and Pepper
H.O.T. sauce
Potatoes
Carrots
Instructions: Take 1 1/2 lb. roast & season with salt, pepper, and H.O.T. sauce. Then, cook for an hour – hour ½. Add potatoes and carrots. Cook until vegetables are done.

Spicy Scramblers – Try it in the morning!

Ingredients: Desired number of eggs
Salt
Pepper
H.O.T. sauce
Instructions: First, in large bowl crack the eggs. Next, season with salt and pepper. In a skillet scramble eggs until almost cooked. Then, add the desired amount of H.O.T. sauce. Mix well and continue cooking until eggs are done.

H.O.T. Twice Baked Potato

Ingredients: Desired number of potatoes
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
H.O.T. sauce
Chives & Bacon
Butter
Instructions: First, wash your potatoes. Then wrap in foil. Bake potatoes in oven for one hour at 350 degrees. When done, remove from foil & cut potato down the middle. Scoop the potato from the skin and place in bowl. Add desired amount of sour cream, butter, cheese, H.O.T. sauce & chives. Mix well. Put potato back into skin and top with cheese and bacon. Return to oven until cheese is melted.

H.O.T Chicken Fried Steak

Ingredients: Tenderized Round Steak
Salt and Pepper
H.O.T. sauce
1 egg
½ cup milk
1 cup flour
Instructions: Cut round steak into desired portions. Season with salt, pepper, and H.O.T. sauce. Set aside. In a bowl crack your egg & add ¼ cup milk. In another bowl add a cup of flour. Dip meat in egg & milk batter. Then, coat meat with flour. Fry in hot oil at 375 degrees.

Fried Pork Chop Delight

Ingredients: Pork chops
Cornmeal
Salt and Pepper
H.O.T. sauce
Instructions: First, take your pork chops and add salt and pepper. Next, take your desired amount of H.O.T. sauce and baste each chop. Add more H.O.T. sauce to spice it up, or add less for a wonderful zesty seasoning. Last, coat each chop in the cornmeal, front and back. Fry in oil at 375 degrees until cooked.
